-Aerial photography:
    -Flight dates in early 2009, 6 inch pixels / ground resolution. Also historical flights in 1964 and in 1998 are available from the Info Portal results / Identify view, as noted.
-Property lines, parcels:
    -Data acquired / last updated late 2009. Refer to disclaimer. We do provide a link directly from any property to live Appraiser's Office data.
-Search Tips:
    -The Subdivision Search is a quick way to find an area. Pick one from the list and press Search.
    -Try using just the Street Name in Address Search and then pick from the matches.
       NEW! You can search on just the first few letters of the Street Name (Lox for Loxahatchee).
    -An Address Search uses each part of an address to find matches, so enter each part (the Pre-Directional, like NE in NE 3rd St), the street name (like 3rd in the previous example) and street type (St in the example) separately. Sometimes apartments and condominiums are harder to find, since many postal addresses fit within one parcel of land. We are now using a Town maintained address database, so more detailed searches are available, and more will be available soon. Eventually we will be able to show approximately where each condo unit or store within a mall is. For most things just use the Map Viewer or Sudbiv. Search and zoom in if things do not go easily for you.
    -As indicated in the disclaimer, the Town makes no guarantees that the information accessed here is accurate or complete. If an address or property within the Town cannot be found, it is entirely possible that it is missing or stored incorrectly within the data.
-FEMA Flood Zones, evacuation zones link:
    -Data for FEMA flood zones acquired directly from FEMA and shown with the property map for determinations. Contact the Building Division for more specific determinations. See also FEMA and FloodSmart.gov.
    -A link is provided within the Map Tools: Identify results report to the County Emergency Management's S.A.M.S. for hurricane evacuation information.
